First EAS Active Workout

I just finished my very first workout of the 30-Day Challenge on EAS Active. Here are my thoughts:
*I did medium intensity and felt it was not very challenging. Maybe just because it is Day One?? I was sweaty, but not
*I did have trouble w/the second set of squats… I am battling by back condition and couldn’t get low enough for it to register. I ended up skipping over it so that I didn’t injure myself further. Yes, Jodi (my physical therapist), my lower abs were tight. Hi!!!
*I might think about using a thicker resistance band.
*I like the inline skating.
*I used my Wii Board with it. Do you?
*I should have really worn a sports bra while doing it. Ouch.
