Ahhhh…

Monday: 30 minutes AMT, 30 minutes arm/ab weights. Feels so good to be back at the gym again. It had been over a week that I had been missing it! The cardio was tough, usually after the first 3 or 4 minutes I get a burst of energy that lasts awhile. This did not happen today.

Tuesday: 35 minutes AMT, an hour of free weights. Oh dear Lord. I got charley horses in my legs going up the stairs to the parking lot afterwards. Way better workout than the machines. Don’t tell my husband I said that.

Wednesday: Nada. Oh so sore!!! Free weights are the way to go people!! Wowza.

Thursday: 40 minutes AMT, stretching, hour or so of free weights for arms/abs. I love that my husband pushes me way harder than I push myself. I say I’m done and he says, “Two more!” Hah!

Friday: 30 minutes AMT, stretching, free weights with Justin and Megan! She is venturing over to the free weight side with me!

Monday, 12/22: 45 minutes AMT, 30 minutes arm/ab weights.

How is everyone doing with getting their half hour of activity in? I personally didn’t do a whole lot this weekend -the windchills were near 40 below (still are!) and it is bitterly cold. Yuck! I went to the gym today and will go again tomorrow, but then will have to find exercises I can do while we stay with Justin in the middle of nowhere the rest of the week.

Tuesday, 12/23: 35 minutes AMT, 25 minutes leg/ab weights.

Heeelllllllloooooo?? (Echo.) Anyone here?! Not much going on in the blogosphere lately, that’s for sure! I’ll let you all off this week, but come the start of the new year, I expect to see all you Sisters (and Brother) showing your faces around here more often.

Sunday, 12/14: Miles and miles of walking during shopping. That’s what it felt like!

Monday, 12/15: Sat in vehicle for 8 hours. No exercising.

Tuesday, 12/16: 50 minutes Precor AMT, 5 minutes odd Precor machine, 30 minutes arm/ab weights.

Wednesday, 12/17: 40 minutes AMT, 30 minutes leg/ab weights.

Thursday, 12/18: 50 minutes AMT, 30 minutes arm/ab weights.

Friday, 12/19: 20 minutes arc trainer, 6 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes AMT. That’s it. That is all I had in me today.

Monday, 12/8: 50 minutes AMT, 30 minutes arm/ab weights. Did I mention that I was a wee bit hungover?! And I still went? Yay!!

Tuesday, 12/9: 43 minutes AMT, 7 minutes elliptical (my machine was taken until then!), 30 minutes leg/ab weights.

Wednesday, 12/10: 50 minutes AMT, 30 minutes arm/ab weights. Ouch. I’m sore today!!!

Thursday, 12/11: 50 minutes AMT, 30 minutes leg/ab weights.

The rest of the week?? Going to Minneapolis to burn calories doing some serious shopping! ;o)

I accomplished my goal of getting to the gym every weekday morning this week! Sweet! That feels pretty dang good! Happy weekend everyone!

Monday, 12/1: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike, 30 minutes arm/ab weights.

Tuesday, 12/2: 30 minutes elliptical, 15 arc trainer, 30 minutes leg/ab weights.

Wednesday, 12/3: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike, 30 minutes arm/ab weights.

Thursday, 12/4: 35 minutes Precor AMT, 30 minutes leg/ab weights.

Friday, 12/5: 45 minutes AMT. Burned 550 calories. LOVE it.
