Let’s get straight to it: I’m up 0.2 lbs.

SO annoying.

I have had the best week.

I exercised.

A lot.

I ate decent.

I even resisted ice cream last night.

Whatever.

Keep calm.

Carry on.

Gruve – check.

Heading to the gym.

    It sounds like a lot of people are putting in the time but not getting the results this week. Don't sweat it. Ain't no thang.

    You are still totally awesome. 0.2 is nothing to worry about. With everything else you are doing right, you are going to be just fine.

    0.2 could be anything! A glass of water is more than that on the scale! So don't count it as a gain by any means! Next week you will see a big change on the scale!

    I'm sorry your weight loss didn't go so well this week, I think we all have our bad weeks where our bodies do something stupidly unexpected... but I know you'll do great with next Wednesday's weigh-in! Good job resisting the tempations, though, that is something to be VERY proud of!

    It stinks when you do everything right and that happens but you just have to keep doing the right things and it will turn around. Keep it up.

    and by the way, 0.2 is negligible, but I know that doesn't make you feel better after all the working out you did this week. Don't give up, and next week you'll have an amazing loss!!!
