EAS Day 5!

I’m still plugging away at the 30 Day challenge! I felt the workout yesterday was pretty easy. I enjoyed today’s workout – I like the running and boxing. I even went so far as to do an extra 5-minute custom workout of boxing, tennis, and volleyball. If you haven’t tried the volleyball yet, I encourage you to do so! It’s fun!

Tomorrow is a rest day, but I think I will do it first thing in the morning and have Sunday as a rest day instead, since I will be out of town.

I have also found that turning the volume down and playing my own music off my computer help immensely. I made an exercise playlist this morning and lost myself in the music.

  • Woot-Woot! Great job going further today! Listening to predelivered music gets a little annoying, good idea to put on your own!
  • WTG on getting your workout in this morning. I always have good intentions of working out in the mornings, but usually stay in bed instead. LOL I generally work out at night after I get home from the office.

    I also thought yesterday's workout was much easier. When I finished it said I had only burned 128 calories, so I only took 1 AP for the workout. I'd been taking 2 APs on the other days since I was over 200 calories burned on both of those.
