Weigh-In Day… End of 21 Days
I am down 2.2 lbs this week! Woot!
I have been awesome about my water consumption, cut down on the evening beer, but still am not doing exercise. I have been focusing on healing my back with my many chiropractor and physical therapy visits.
All in all, I have lost 3.2 lbs since the start of this 3-week challenge. Not too bad, but I am planning on kicking it into high gear now. My hubby is working again and has lost 10 lbs in the last two weeks. He almost weighs less than me. GAH. I cannot let that happen.
